Doha, Qatar (October 11, 2011) – Chopsticks, the contemporary Oriental restaurant at Wyndham Grand Regency changed their menu recently. The new menu offers a wide selection of appetizers, entrees and desserts as well as a new concept which caters to larger groups of diners.
A family or a group can now order a full meal, which they can share easily. They offer Chopstics Country for four people, which costs QR 1,099 and you can choose a starter, soup, maincourse and dessert from an array of choices.
If you are in a big group and want to order in large quantities (1kg and more), then try their Royal dishes. You can choose from lobster, Hammour, Shrimps and beef and the chef will prepare it in the style you want. You can even order a kettle of mussles soup for QR 249.
These group orders are served in a very unique way. The soup comes in large pot and the waiter ladles it into individual bowls at the table. The duck is bought to the table in a special trolley and carved right in front of the guest by the chef.
If you and your friends are in the mood for Sushi then try the Sushi bar for eight. It costs QR 999 and you can eat as much as you like.
The menu features a mix of different Asian cuisines. Chinese and Thai dishes are available, along with a wide variety of Japanese favourites presented in the Sushi Corner.
The traditional Asian cuisine is infused with modern flavours.
Speaking on the occasion Eman Abela, Food and Beverage Director of Wyndham Grand Regency said: “We believe that change and innovation is essential to drive growth, especially in the food and beverage segment. At Chopsticks, our focus is to enrich the dining experience and cater to all demands.”
