Doha, Qatar (May 19, 2013) – Wyndham Grand Regency Hotel opens its doors to the Arabic food lovers from 18th till 24th of May 2013. The Arabic Week at Grand Gourmet restaurant, served in an open buffet, which had brought to you the best selective Arabic cuisine from different parts of Middle East for QR 165 per person for dinner only.
Jameel Nabtiti, Executive Chef of Wyndham Grand Regency Hotel commented on this event and said: “Our main culinary expertise in Arabic food. We have several chefs from Jordan, Egypt, and Morocco etc… that put their heads together to make this week a successful week. We will be showcasing several dishes from the Arab cuisine such as Maroccon Cous cous, Tagines, Lentil soup, Machbous, Kebsa, Fareed, Um Ali and much much more. He continued, “It is first time to celebrate this week and hopefully we make it bigger in the coming years”.
Grand Gourmet is the main international cuisine of the hotel, located in the first floor of the hotel. It opens daily for breakfast from 6:30am till 10:30am, Lunch from 12:30pm till 3:30pm and Dinner 6:30pm till 10:30pm. Grand Gourmet, offers scrumptious buffet which is eclectic the world traveler who has grown used to the great variety of cuisines on the world map. The restaurant presents different theme nights and Friday Brunch for every week.
